LEGAL SERVICES PLAN
Dear IBEW Local 30 Member:
The material contained in the brochure below sets forth as briefly and as simply as possible the legal services and benefits available through the IBEW Local 30 Legal Services Plan and how members receive the benefits.
We have tried to consolidate this information as briefly as possible for you. The purposes of this Legal Services Plan are:
1. To obtain quality legal services for you;
2. To develop the relationship of lawyer-client in a non-crisis or non-litigation situation. Another way of saying this is “preventive law”;
3. To improve the availability of legal services to you.
The Committee has the right to amend or modify the Plan at any time when, at its sole discretion, it is determined that such amendment or modification is in the best interests of the Fund.
Please read this brochure carefully so that you may become fully familiar with all of the benefits and services to which you may be entitled. We suggest that you keep this brochure in a safe place for future reference.
