IBEW Local 30 Announces 

2023 – 2027 Memorandum of Agreement Approved by Membership

IBEW Local 30 is glad to announce that the members have approved the Memorandum of Agreement with the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations.

NJ Certified Public Manager Program 

(March 23, 2025)

The NJ CPM Program is administered by the NJ Civil Service Commission and delivered by Rutgers University. The NJ CPM program consists of 22 mini courses offered one day a week for 10 months on a variety of public service topics and includes a work-related project that will benefit the participant’s organization.

Up to 15 undergraduate credits or 9 graduate credits can be applied toward a degree at Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration. All CPM Graduates receive 30.2 CEUs.

CPM graduates report improved leadership and organizational skills as well as opportunities for career advancement.

Health Benefits Information for Active Employees for Plan Year 2025

(March 23, 2025) 

All active Union Negotiated (IBEW) employees have a choice between plans offered by Horizon or Aetna. Members hired before July 1, 2019, will be enrolled in Aetna Freedom or Horizon NJ DIRECT. Members hired after July 1, 2019, will be enrolled in Aetna Unity Freedom 2019 or Horizon NJ DIRECT 2019.
