IBEW Local 30 is glad to announce that the members have approved the Memorandum of Agreement with the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations.

NJ Certified Public Manager Program
(April 18, 2024)
The NJ CPM Program is administered by the NJ Civil Service Commission and delivered by Rutgers University. The NJ CPM program consists of 22 mini courses offered one day a week for 10 months on a variety of public service topics and includes a work-related project that will benefit the participant’s organization.
Up to 15 undergraduate credits or 9 graduate credits can be applied toward a degree at Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration. All CPM Graduates receive 30.2 CEUs.
CPM graduates report improved leadership and organizational skills as well as opportunities for career advancement.

Health Benefits Information for Active Employees for Plan Year 2024
(April 18, 2024)
Effective January 1, 2020, all active employee SHBP plan designs will be solely administered by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon). This change was the result of a public competitive procurement process that resulted in an award to Horizon only. All managers represented by IBEW Local 30 who had NJ Direct 15 have been moved to NJ Direct/NJ Direct 2019. Check out the Guidance Document here.
